Welcome to the
Robertson Cheese Factory.
Once a working cheese factory, the Robertson Cheese Factory is now a unique destination in the heart of the Southern Highlands. Home to a collection of independent businesses, it’s a space where locals and visitors alike can enjoy good food, interesting finds, and friendly service all under one roof.
While we share a building and a bit of history, each business operates independently. If you’re after something specific, feel free to get in touch with the business directly using the contact details below.
Explore What’s Inside
Four distinct spaces, sharing one building
The Robertson Cheese Factory is home to four independent businesses: a café, a florist, a vintage collective, and a snack shop. While they share the same building, they each operate separately, so if you need to get in touch, please contact the individual business directly.

Café & Casual Dining
A relaxed café serving breakfast, lunch, coffee and sweets. Plenty of room to sit, no fuss, and a good stop whether you’re visiting or just passing through.

Snacks & Treats
A small shop with a mix of nostalgic snacks, classic treats, and a few unexpected finds. Known for its Choc Tops and shelves full of things you don’t see every day.

Vintage & Curated Goods
A shared retail space featuring vintage, second-hand, and handmade goods. Furniture, books, homewares, and more, all thoughtfully curated by a group of stallholders.

Floral Shop
Previously offering fresh flowers and arrangements for all occasions. The florist is currently closed and not operating from this space.
THE BUILDING
From Dairy to Community Hub
Built in 1936, the Robertson Cheese Factory was once a key part of the region’s dairy industry. After closing its doors as a production facility in 1989, the building found new life as a space for independent businesses. Today, it’s home to a café, vintage shops, and more, all sharing a place with rich history and plenty of character. It’s no longer a factory, but it still draws visitors with its charm and the sense of community it fosters.
